Warren Lada began his broadcast career in 1976, serving in sales and management positions in various markets before joining Saga in 1991. He initially served as President and General Manager for Saga Communications of New England until he was elevated to Senior Vice President/Operations in Saga’s corporate office overseeing all of Saga’s stations. Mr. Lada was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a position he filled until his retirement in 2018. Upon retirement, he was appointed to Saga’s board of directors. In 2021 he was appointed to the board’s audit committee and in December, 2022 he was elected by the board as board chairman. Mr. Lada is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has previously served as the President of the Connecticut Broadcasters Association as well as on the Executive Committee of the Radio Advertising Bureau. He also has served as a member of the Media Ratings Counsel and the Radio Music License Committee.

Mr. Brown joined Jefferson-Pilot Communications as an Account Executive at WQXI-AM/FM in 1967. He continued his career with these stations in Atlanta where he earned the position of General Sales Manager and in 1983 was made an Assistant Vice President. In 1985 Mr. Brown was made General Manager of KSON-AM/FM, in San Diego, and in 1989 was put in charge of the company's Denver radio stations before returning to WQXI-AM/FM in Atlanta as Senior Vice President and General Manager the following year. In 1991 Mr. Brown was appointed President of the Radio Division while continuing his General Manager duties at WQXI-AM/FM. In 1993 he assumed full management responsibilities for all Jefferson-Pilot Communications radio properties including Miami, San Diego, Denver, Charlotte and Atlanta. Saga Communications, Inc. does not own any broadcasting properties in these markets.

Mr. Clarke was the President and owner of Clarke Advertising & Public Relations, Inc. from 1987 to 2005, at which time its business was sold. Mr. Clarke currently remains the President and owner of the company, renamed Clarke Company, pursuant to which Mr. Clarke provides consulting services. Mr. Clarke currently serves on the board of directors and Chairman of the audit committee of Tervis Tumbler Company, a private drinkware company. Mr. Clarke is also a member of the board of directors of Insignia Bank, a Florida-based community bank. Mr. Clarke previously served as a member of the board of directors of FCCI Mutual Insurance Holding Company, a private insurance company.

Chris Forgy began his broadcast career in 1980, serving in sales and management positions before joining Saga in 1996. He initially served as Director of Sales for Saga’s Columbus Radio Group. In 2006 he left Saga to join Urban One as President and General Manager of their stations in Cleveland, OH. In 2011 Mr. Forgy returned to Saga as President and General Manager of the Columbus Radio Group. Subsequently, he joined Saga’s corporate management team in 2018 as Senior Vice President/Operations where he oversaw the operations of all of Saga’s stations. Following the passing of Ed Christian, Saga’s founder, President, CEO and Chairman in 2022 Mr. Forgy was named President and CEO becoming only the second President and CEO in the company’s history.

Gary Stevens is President and Owner of Gary Stevens & Co., a leading provider of brokerage, valuation and consulting services to the broadcasting industry. He began his career as a radio personality, culminating at WMCA in New York City. Subsequently, he spent 16 years with Doubleday & Co., the last eight as President and CEO of its broadcast subsidiary, with radio stations in such markets as New York, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Mr. Stevens has served on the boards of several public companies as well as the board of the National Association of Broadcasters, the Radio Advertising Bureau and the Electronic Media Ratings Council. Mr. Stevens attended the University of Miami. Mr. Stevens has been a board member of Saga Communications, Inc. since 1995.
